These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Digi Anna Reddy website (digiannareddy.site) and our digital marketing consulting services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Digi Anna Reddy provides digital marketing consulting services including but not limited to SEO optimization, social media marketing, paid advertising management, content strategy, brand consulting, and website audits. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

2. Consultation Fee

Our initial consultation is priced at ₹99 (Indian Rupees Ninety-Nine only). This fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If you sign up for any monthly service plan, the ₹99 consultation fee will be credited toward your first month's payment.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Monthly service fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Ad spend budgets are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

4. Service Agreements

All ongoing services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days' written notice. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and information
• Review and approve content, ad creatives, and strategies within agreed timelines
• Provide accurate business information for marketing purposes
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and industry dynamics. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue figures. All case studies and metrics shared on our website represent actual client results but should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Digi Anna Reddy for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digi Anna Reddy's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
